How do we book you?

Do you require a retainer?
Yes, a retainer is required to reserve your date and secure your place on our calendar. It is applied toward your total balance. Our retainer is typically $300 or 10% of the total, depending on the package.

How long does it take to receive our photos?
Turnaround time depends on the type of session, but we always aim to deliver your gallery as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality and care your memories deserve. Weddings are typically delivered within 10–12 weeks, and sessions are usually delivered within 1–2 weeks.

Do you provide unedited photos?
We do not typically deliver unedited images. Every gallery is thoughtfully curated and professionally edited to reflect our style and quality standards. For commercial or corporate work, different delivery options may be available depending on the needs of the client or media team.

Will we get all the photos you take?
You will receive the best final images from your session or event. We remove duplicates, blurry images, and test shots so your gallery remains clean, polished, and meaningful.

How will we receive our images?
