1. Does the rental price include all the equipment I need to shoot?
- Yes, the rental price includes essential equipment needed for most photoshoots. Cameras/lenses, computers, and camera tripods are not included.
- Yes, your rental includes the use of any of our seamless backdrop rolls. Our seamless is reused between customers, ensuring clean paper behind your model. However, footprints may be present on the floor. You can bring your own seamless, and we provide backdrop stands and a crossbar.
- We aim to provide simple and professional studio spaces and avoid clutter. While we have some furniture, we recommend bringing your own or renting. We can open earlier to assist with setup without using your studio time.
- We don't have natural light provided by windows, but we offer continuous lighting that mimics natural light. We can also add curtains to create a natural light effect for your photos.
- Usually, we have a front desk assistant (Jenny) who can assist you during her shift. Our studios are self-service after hours, but we have cameras and a security alarm in place.
- After booking online, you'll receive a confirmation email. Two hours before your rental, you'll receive another email with a code to open the lockbox containing the key on our front door. Jenny will assist you during her shift.
- Yes, our studios have central heating and air conditioning, along with fans to keep the air flowing.
- Yes, we provide free high-speed Wi-Fi and a sound system that you can connect to via Bluetooth or our provided 3.5mm aux cable.
- Yes, we have clean bathrooms with hand-washing stations and first aid kits, with one dedicated to the studio itself, along with large mirrors.
- Yes, you can park anywhere in the parking lot and additionally, one car can be parked along the back door. We also have handicap parking at the front entrance with a ramp.
- Yes, you can self-cancel any rental from your confirmation email for a full refund if it's more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with 48 hours notice are given store credit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, and no store credit will be given. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to call or email us.
